Sacramento River Flood Control Plan

1907 - 1909
Massive flooding occurs along Cache Creek and in the Sacramento Valley. Public outcry combines with proposals by developers to reclaim the watershed basins, impelling  the Legislature to approve development of a Sacramento River Flood Control Plan.
